At Agora Patufet Infant School, we see families as a vital element in our pupils’ learning process and encourage a constant and cooperative relationship between school and family, fully including the parents, as Infant Education is one of the essential stages in children’s development.
For families to be an essential pillar within our community, we promote fluid, confident, and friendly communication, creating an environment which enriches the link between school and family, and attending to the needs of both pupils and families. We create a bond in which the families take on an active role in the decisions concerning pupils and at the same time, have first-hand understanding of how the school works.
At Agora Patufet Infant School we know that to achieve the school’s objective – the happiness and development of our pupils – a school-family relationship is necessary. We have an active, creative, participatory, and experiential methodology, based on emotional education, so that the children feel loved and valued in a warm and friendly environment which takes the needs of every pupil into account. And none of this would be possible without the shared work of the families and school!
